2、 Core pain points and needs
The core pain point of material management in Riyue semiconductor workshop is that the value and precision of WIP are high and the quantity is large. They need precise digital management.

In order to solve the above pain points, Riyue chose prodog digital full cycle material management software of Shanghai Leanwo Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Leanwo).
System architecture diagram
- Each material is stamped with a globally unique ID code (QR code)
- 2D scanner is installed at the inlet and outlet of each production line
- All 2D code scanners are connected to the background system promise through PLC
- The data middleware promise is connected to the MES system through the semiconductor special interface
- Data can be cached on site and stored centrally in promise to ensure data security
